MINUTES <br />PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br />APRIL 7, 1994 <br />property adjacent to the Rue property, as well as the <br />Jackson Street site that the Commission would like to <br />consider as an additional park site in lieu of the site <br />next to the Rue property. <br />GERVAIS MILL Sanders presented the seeding plan for Gervais Mill <br />PARK Park, explaining the patterns of wildflowers and prairie <br />grass that the Watershed will be using in the park. The <br />Watershed will also install woodchip trails in the park, <br />and it is anticipated that this work will be completed by <br />the middle of June. <br />Remerowski asked if the City had money budgeted for <br />additional plantings in Gervais Mill Park. <br />Sanders replied that they had, and it was suggested by <br />Morelan that prices be obtained for the Park items that <br />were approved as part of the 1994 Capital Improvement <br />budget. <br />ADJOURN Johnson recommended that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Magnuson. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was <br />adjourned at 8:30 P.M. <br />8 <br />
