MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PARKS & RECREATION COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MAY 5, 1994 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of <br />the Parks & Recreation Commission of the City of Little <br />Canada, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of May, 1994 in <br />the Council Chambers of the City Hall located at 515 East <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chairman Ken Wehrle <br />at 8:00 p.m. and the <br />were present at roll <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. <br />Mr. <br />Ms. <br />Mr. <br />Mr. <br />Mr. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />The Parks & Rec <br />evening to tour <br />late. <br />chaired and called <br />following members <br />call: <br />Ken Wehrle, Chair <br />Howard Remerowski <br />Karen Johnson <br />Larry Hartmann <br />Tom Holm <br />Jim Greger <br />the meeting to order <br />of the Commission <br />Ms. Berniece Magnuson <br />Mr. Jim Morelan, P&R Director <br />Mr. Bill Sanders, Park Consultant <br />Ms. Kris VanSchoonhoven, Rec. Secretary <br />reation Commission met at 6:30 p.m. this <br />the parks. Therefore, the meeting began <br />MINUTES Remerowski recommended that the minutes of the April 7, 1994 <br />meeting be approved as read. <br />Motion seconded by Johnson. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />BROWN Sanders stated that John Brown's property is located at the <br />PROPERTY corner of Edgerton Street and Highway 36 on the east side of <br />DIVISION Edgerton where it curves around on Viking Drive. He <br />indicated that there is an existing house that faces Highway <br />36 with a lot behind it that Brown would like to split off <br />and sell. <br />Sanders stated that there are no plans for parks or trails <br />in this area. Therefore, he would recommend asking for the <br />park dedication fee. <br />-1- <br />
