MINUTES
Parks & Recreation Commission
May 5, 1994
RAMSEY COUNTY Wehrle stated that he has received a work program list from
WORK PROGRAM Ramsey County Parks and Recreation Commission for 1994. He
indicated that he would submit a copy for the Commission
members with next meetings agenda for their review.
PLAQUE Remerowski felt that discussion should take place at the
PROGRAM AT next meeting regarding establishment of a plaque program at
CITY HALL City Hall to recognize donations the City has received.
Wehrle felt it would be a nice recognition for someone who
has donated items. Remerowski stated that a certain dollar
amount of the donations could be set in order for people to
be recognized on the plaque. The Director agreed that it
would give people more recognition at City Hall.
Wehrle wondered how much interest there would be in the
program. The Director felt the plaque may spur interest.
Sanders felt that the plaque would be a good way to record
the donations. Remerowski stated that the Commission could
discuss the plaque at the next meeting, but not necessarily
approve it.
ADJOURN Remerowski recommended that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Johnson.
Motion carried 6 - 0.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned
at 9:35 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
P
Kris VanSchoonhoven
-9-
