A Phase I planning document that includes Background, <br />Documentation of Process, List of Committee Membership, <br />Environmental Scan, Vision, and Critical Issues in the 15 <br />designated areas will be presented to the Board of County <br />Commissioners by the end of November, 1994. <br />B. The Ramsey County Boazd will approve a vision and <br />policy regazding coordination of operational services and <br />strategic planning by the end of November, 1994. <br />7.
