Operational Plans (Phase II) <br />1. Assist Planning Committees in the development of 5-year <br />operational plans to the extent needed. <br />2. Facilitate cooperation and administrative implementation of <br />changes in budgeting, purchasing, or other policies/procedures that <br />may need to occur to implement the shared County/municipal <br />operational plans. <br />3. Assist in the development of documentation for presentation to <br />the Ramsey County Boazd of Commissioners should action be <br />required. Assist in the presentation of requests for action to <br />municipal councils should action be required by municipal <br />government(s). <br />4. Develop legislative initiatives that may be needed to remove <br />barriers or limitations to implementing the shared operational plans <br />developed by the Planning Committees. Coordinate communication <br />and action on the initiatives with Ramsey County legislators and <br />Board of County Commissioners. <br />Evaluation (Phase II) <br />1. Assure, consistency and monitoring of timelines for evaluating <br />success of the project as well as the Strategic Plan itself. <br />2. Distribute final plans on behalf of the Board of County <br />Commissioners to appropriate County citizens and bodies. <br />3. Conduct an evaluation of progress/achievement of the Strategic <br />Plan in cooperation with municipalities and others who will have _., <br />responsibility for carrying it out. - <br />4. Facilitate the development and presentation of annual reports <br />on the progress made in each service area. These reports may fall .-•: <br />within the jurisdiction of the County, certain municipalities, and/or <br />with newly developed joint powers agreements or entities developed <br />as a result of the planning process.
