He commented that if there are complaints about people smoking on the sidewalk, he would think this could come back for amendment. Mayor Fischer commented that perhaps there could be a distinction between sidewalks and dedicated trails in the future if that becomes an issue. He noted that this was a topic at the local mayors meeting and every community is looking for the perfect ordinance. T. Miller agreed that there have to be options for outdoor use and believes that this is something to start with and amendments could be made in the future if needed. T.
