Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A GARAGE AT 2410 DIANNA LANE <br />The Community Development Director presented a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a <br />garage expansion with total accessory structure not to exceed 1,500 square feet at 2410 Dianna Lane. <br />She stated that the applicant proposes to expand the existing attached garage to add an additional space <br />to create a three -car garage. She provided an overview of the CUP as proposed. She recommends that <br />the Council hold the public hearing and consider approval of the request. <br />Mayor Fischer opened the public hearing for comments from the general public. <br />There were no comments from the public. Resolution declared adopted. <br />ORDINANCE 881, AMENDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 1103 TO ALLOW RAISING <br />CHICKENS <br />The Community Development Director presented a text amendment to City Code which would allow <br />the keeping of chickens. She provided background information including the reviews completed by <br />the Planning Commission. <br />The Community Relations Manager reviewed the results of the community surveys completed on this <br />topic. Mayor Fischer asked how the survey was initially distributed. The Community Relations <br />Manager replied that the survey was published on social media, the City website, and included in the <br />W <br />
