MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />NOVEMBER 29, 2023 <br />changes were time sensitive in order to meet requirements from the State. She provided a brief <br />overview of the proposed changes. <br />Mayor Fischer thanked staff for all the work needed to implement these changes to match the <br />expectations of the State. <br />T. Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2 023-11-154 — APPR O VING THE PERSONNEL POLICY <br />AMENDMENTS AS PRESENTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by D. Miller. <br />Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />COUNCIL REPORTS AND MEETING UPDATES <br />T. Miller noted the Ramsey County League of Local Government annual dinner on Thursday, <br />December 7tn <br />Kwapick provided an update on the recent meeting of the Little Canada History Center and upcoming <br />events the organization will be hosting. <br />Gutierrez provided an update on the most recent meeting of the Fire Relief Association that she and <br />Mayor Fischer attended. <br />Mayor Fischer stated that bimonthly he and the City Administrator meet with the mayors and city <br />administrators from other communities. He provided an update on the most recent topics of <br />discussion. He also. provided input on the Hmong New Year Celebration which the Council was <br />invited to attend and commented on what a fun experience that it was. <br />ADJOURN <br />There being no further business, upon motion by Mayor Fischer, seconded by D.
