Resolution declared adopted. <br />STAFF REPORTS <br />AUTHORIZE ABATEMENT AT 2975 ARCADE STREET <br />The Community Development Director stated that complaints have been received regarding this <br />property since March of last year and has been working with the property owner. She stated that in <br />April of this year the property went into foreclosure, noting that the property owner does not live at the <br />property. She stated that because of the pending foreclosure there is limited time remaining when the <br />property owner would be able to be onsite. She stated that the City has had communication with the <br />property owner, and they are aware of the pending action tonight, noting that the property owner has <br />made significant progress, but it is one single person attempting to do this work. She stated that the <br />City would like to have the option to move forward with abatement, if the property owner cannot <br />complete the actions themselves. <br />17 <br />
