MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
DECEMBER 20, 2023
The City Administrator stated that a careful review was done last year to compare rental rates to other
cities and noted that Little Canada already falls on the lower scale and would continue to remain on
that end.
Gutierrez stated that perhaps there is further discussion on that next year before the fee schedule
amendments are proposed. He believed that damage deposits are important but stated that
perhaps there is another way to handle that. The City Clerk stated that once a rental is completed and
it is ensured that no damage occurred or extra cleaning required, the deposit is promptly refunded.
T.
