<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Fischer and Members of the City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Eric Seaburg, P.E., City Engineer <br /> Bryce Shearen, CPRE, Parks & Recreation/Community Services Director <br /> <br />DATE: October 25, 2023 <br /> <br />RE: Labore Road Corridor Study – Final Report <br /> <br />ACTION TO BE CONSIDERED: <br />The City Council is asked for a motion to receive the Labore Road Corridor Study Report. Also, if <br />desired, provide direction to staff to begin programming funding and/or begin seeking outside <br />funding for the recommended improvements. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />City staff has been working for several months to complete the Labore Road Corridor Study. The <br />corridor study has included several rounds of public engagement, technical analysis, and now <br />includes recommendations for improvements. A final Open House was held on September 20, 2023. <br />There, staff took feedback from residents regarding the technical analysis that had been performed. <br />All work on this corridor study has been summarized in the attached Labore Road Corridor Study <br />report. <br /> <br />At the City Council meeting, project staff share the general results of the corridor study and discuss <br />options for moving forward. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Staff recommends the City review the information presented and provide any feedback to staff <br />regarding the Study or recommended improvements and make a motion to receive the report.
