Larsen, P.E. <br /> License No. 57829 <br /> <br />Date: _August 29, 2023_ <br /> <br />Introduction <br />This memorandum analyzes the traffic control of the intersection of Labore Rd and Arcade St. The <br />intersection is located in Little Canada, MN. The intersection is currently two-way stop controlled with <br />Labore Rd having the right of way. <br />Existing Conditions <br />Labore Rd runs east-west and Arcade St runs north-south with residential homes off both roadways. <br />There are no turn lanes at the existing intersection. Labore Rd and Arcade St to the south are classified <br />as Major Collectors. Arcade St to the north is classified as a local roadway. Both roadways have speed <br />limits of 30 MPH. The intersection is lit by one light on the northeast corner. See Figure 1 below for the <br />intersection location. <br /> <br />
