16 <br /> <br />City of Little Canada Personnel Policy <br />in organization. Two (2) weeks advance written notice of the lay-off shall be given. <br />Qualifications and performance of personnel within an affected position shall be the <br />determining factors for lay-offs. Length of service will be given consideration only when all <br />other qualifications are equal. The City Administrator or appropriate supervisor may lay off or <br />terminate temporary and seasonal employees with no prior notice and without City Council <br />approval. <br /> <br />B. Employees who have been laid off will be recalled to their former position classification in the <br />reverse order of their lay-off.
