Street-related project costs are assessed to abutting properties on rehabilitation <br />and reconstruction projects in accordance with the City’s Special Assessment Policy. Water and <br />sewer improvements would be funded through the City’s Infrastructure Capital Improvement Fund. <br />Storm sewer and ditch cleaning improvement would be funded through the City’s Stormwater Fund. <br /> <br />
