NOV-19-1999 11 16 NRC 612 595 9837 P.04i06 <br />City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Ordinance <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 902 AND 9XX OF THE LITTLE <br />CANADA CTTY CODE tSNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, TO <br />ESTABLISH THE "B-I", BUSINESS-INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br />The City Council of the City oP Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />The Little Canada City Code is hereby amended by adding the <br />following: <br />9xx.010. PURPOSE. The purpose of the B-I, Business-Industrial <br />District is to allow for the location of certain compatible <br />business and industrial uses in areas which may be near to <br />residential property. Such locations should accommodate the needs <br />of the business-industrial use, and minimize any potential negative <br />impacts on the residentially zoned property in the area. <br />9xx.020. PERMITTED USE5. <br />This following land uses shall be allowed as permitted uses within <br />the B-I District: <br />1. All permitted uses as allowed within the B-W, Business- <br />Vaarehousinq District (Section 913.020. of tha Little Canada <br />City Code), as may be amended, except subsection 913.020.D., <br />Cartage and Express Facilities, subsection 913.020.E., <br />Building Materials Sales, and subsection 913.020.G., <br />Transportation Terminals. <br />2. All permitted uses allowed within the I-1, Light Industrial <br />District (Section 914.020. OP the Little Canada City Code), as <br />may be amended, except subsection 914.020.C., Automobile Mayor <br />Repair, and subsection 914.020.D., Manufacturing, Compounding, <br />Assembly, Packaging, Treatment, or Storage of Products and <br />Materials. <br />9xx.030. ACCESSORY USES. <br />Accessory Uses in the B-I District shall be as prescribed in <br />Section 910.030. of the Little Canada City Coda. <br />Page 65 <br />
