MINUTES CITY COUNCIL MARCH 13, 2024 T. Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 2024-3-29 APPROVING A ONE-TIME BUDGET TRANSFER IN THE AMOUNT OF $102, 000 FROM FUND 450 TO FUND 603 TO FUND ADDITIONAL STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PROJECT COSTS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Kwapick. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. T. Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 2024-3-3 0 - A WARDING THE BID TO MILLER EXCA VA TING, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,081,937.60 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Kwapick. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. T. Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2 024-3-31 A UTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER #1 TO MILLER EXCA VA TING, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $120,272.79 The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Kwapick. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. 4TH QUARTER FINANCIAL REPORT The Finance Director presented an overview of the 2023 4th Quarter Financial Report. Mayor Fischer appreciated that the expenditures are near 100 percent as that shows that they do a'good job budgeting. Mayor Fischer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 2024-3-32 — A CCEPTING THE 2023 4TH Q UAR TER FINANCIAL REPORT The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by D. Miller. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. ADOPT -A -FACILITY PROGRAM The Community Relations Manager provided background on the Adoption Solutions Program and the related Strategic Plan initiative. She provided information on the Adopt -a -Drain and Adoption Solutions programs. She reviewed the program outreach plan as well as the other volunteer activities that will occur during National Volunteer Week which takes place April 21-27th 3
