MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 27, 2024 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was convened on the 27th day of March 2024 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Tom Fischer called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City <br />Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Fischer, Council Members T. Miller, and D. Miller. <br />Absent: Kwapick and Gutierrez. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Chris Heineman, Community Development Director Corrin <br />Wendell, Public Works Director Bill Dirks, and City Clerk/HR Manager Heidi Heller. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />T. Miller introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2 024-3-34 — APPR O VING THE MINUTES OF THE MAR CH 13, 2024 <br />WORKSHOP AND THE MARCH 13, 2024 REGULAR MEETINGS AS SUBMITTED <br />-The foregoing resolution was -duly -seconded by D. Miller. - <br />Ayes (3). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />The City Administrator commented that a long -serving Sheriff s Deputy is retiring and there is an <br />event the following night in Arden Hills to recognize him. He also noted the annual meeting of Metro <br />Cities will be on April 20h <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />PRESENTATIONS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY UPDATE ON COUNTY ROAD C 4-TO-3 LANE CONVERSION <br />The Public Works Director commented that Ramsey County is working to reduce the four lane roads to <br />three lanes, noting that County Road C is on the schedule for 2026. <br />Joey Lundquist, Ramsey County Project Manager, provided an overview of the County Road C project <br />which will run from Lexington Avenue to Little Canada Road. <br />Alysa Johnson, SRF, reviewed the existing conditions and pedestrian crossings. Ms. Lundquist <br />reviewed the project opportunities. <br />
