Minnesota High Pressure Piping Systems <br />B.1300.0060, Optional Administration. The following chapters of the code <br />are not mandatory, but may be adopted without change by a municipality which has <br />adopted the code. <br />1.1306, Special Fire Protection Systems Subpart 2 (existing and new <br />buildings). <br />2.1335, Floodproofing Regulations. <br />3.Grading, IBC Appendix Chapter J. <br />301.050. SIGNS. A permit shall be required for all wall signs, pylon signs, roof signs, <br />projecting signs and billboards. <br />301.060. SURVEY AND CORNER STAKES. The owner or developer of any <br />residential, commercial or industrial property being built upon shall provide a survey of the <br />subject property, have stakes in place on the corners of each such lot, shall stake the location of <br />the building, and shall establish the grade elevations for inspection purposes prior to the <br />inspection of the structure footings by the Building Official. <br />301.070. DRIVEWAYS. (Deleted in its entirety per Ord. 608.) <br />301.080. PERFORMANCE BOND FOR EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS. In a case <br />where screening, landscaping or other exterior improvements to property other than the principal <br />building itself are required by ordinances, plans and specification as approved for a building, <br />other use of the property, or by appropriate Council resolution, a performance bond shall be <br />required as a condition precedent to the issuance of the building permit. The amount of such <br />bond shall be at least equal to, and shall not exceed twice the amount of the cost of such required <br />improvements, as estimated by the Building Official, with the exact percentage to be set by the <br />City Council. <br />(Source: Ord. 58, Amended: Ord. 69, 190, 210, 217, 258, 392, 409, 412, 483, 559, 563, <br />608, 651, 850)
