301-1 <br /> CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 896 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 301, <br />MINNESOTA STATE BUILDING CODE ADOPTION BY <br />ADOPTING THE INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby amends Chapter 301 of the <br />Little Canada Municipal Code by adding the underlined material and deleting the stricken material <br />as follows: <br /> <br />301. MINNESOTA STATE BUILDING CODE AND INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY <br />MAINTENANCE CODE ADOPTION <br /> <br />301.040. BUILDING CODE. The 2020 Minnesota State Building Code, as adopted by the <br />Commissioner of Labor and Industry, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 326B.101 to 326B.194, <br />including all of the amendments, rules and regulations established, adopted and published from <br />time to time by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, through the Construction Codes <br />and Licensing Division, is hereby adopted by reference.
