CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 896 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING CODE CHAPTER 916, SIGNS <br /> <br />SECTION 1. SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section <br />412.191, in the case of a lengthy ordinance, a summary may be published. While a copy <br />of the entire ordinance is available without cost at the office of the City Clerk, the <br />following summary is approved by the City Council and shall be published in lieu of <br />publishing the entire ordinance: <br /> <br />The ordinance amends City Code Chapter 301, Minnesota State Building Code Adoption. <br />Amendment was made to also adopt the International Property Maintenance Code. The <br />full text of Ordinance 896 is available for inspection at Little Canada City Hall during <br />regular business hours or online in the April 24, 2024 City Council packet. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
