The following chapters of the code <br />are not mandatory but may be adopted without change by a municipality <br />which has adopted the code. <br />1. 1306, Special Fire Protection Systems Subpart 2 (existing and new <br />buildings). <br />2. 1335, Floodproofing Regulations. <br />3. Grading, IBC Appendix Chapter J <br /> <br />C. 1300.0070, International Property Maintenance Code. The International <br />Property Maintenance Code is hereby adopted by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 2. REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES. That all ordinances or <br />parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby appealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. Every section, provision, and part of this <br />Ordinance is declared severable from every other section, provision, and part. If any <br />section, provision, or part of this Ordinance is held to be invalid by a court of competent <br />jurisdiction, such judgment shall not invalidate any other section, provision, or part of this <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
