MINUTES OF THF.. REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 27th day of <br />May, 2009 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />MAY 27, 2009 <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 730 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Ms. Shelly Boss <br />Mr. Michael McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ABSENT`. <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />tarty El1g111ee1' <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Lee Elfering <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2009-5-110 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE MAY 13, 2009 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />INTF,RIM Mayor Blesener opened the continuation of Public I Iearing to consider <br />USE PERMIT- the re-issuance of an Interim Use Permit allowing aggregate materials <br />FRA-llOR stockpiling and recycling for Fra-Dor at 3137 Country Drive. <br />RECYCLING <br />The City Administrator reviewed his report dated Maly 21, 2009 <br />explaining that as part of the City's 2009 Goals the Action Plan for "Fra- <br />Dor IUP/Redevelopment" called for the Council's consideration of <br />extending the IUP at its July 22, 2009 meeting. Prior to that time, a <br />Preliulinary Development Agreement would be presented to the Council <br />outlining the redevelopment plan for the site. The Administrator reported <br />that Frank Frattalone has signed a 60-Day Waiver agreeing to the new <br />timeline. <br />
