MINUTES OF THF.. REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 27th day of May, 2009 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. MAY 27, 2009 Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 730 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Council Member Council Member Council Member Mr. Bill Blesener Ms. Shelly Boss Mr. Michael McGraw Mr. Rick Montour ABSENT`. ALSO PRESENT: Council Member City Administrator tarty El1g111ee1' Cable TV Producer City Clerk Mr. John Keis Mr. Joel R. Hanson Mr. Lee Elfering Mr. Kevin Helander Ms. Kathy Glanzer MINUTES Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 2009-5-110 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE MAY 13, 2009 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution adopted. INTF,RIM Mayor Blesener opened the continuation of Public I Iearing to consider USE PERMIT- the re-issuance of an Interim Use Permit allowing aggregate materials FRA-llOR stockpiling and recycling for Fra-Dor at 3137 Country Drive. RECYCLING The City Administrator reviewed his report dated Maly 21, 2009 explaining that as part of the City's 2009 Goals the Action Plan for "Fra- Dor IUP/Redevelopment" called for the Council's consideration of extending the IUP at its July 22, 2009 meeting. Prior to that time, a Preliulinary Development Agreement would be presented to the Council outlining the redevelopment plan for the site. The Administrator reported that Frank Frattalone has signed a 60-Day Waiver agreeing to the new timeline.
