MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MAY 27, 2009 <br />Blesener suggested that the committee consisting of Council Members <br />Montour a~~d Keis and the City Administrator meet to discuss <br />redevelopment options and timelines. "fhe City Administrator reported <br />that he is meeting with Mr. Prattalone tomorrow to review potential <br />concepts, and agreed that the next step would be to reconvene the <br />committee. <br />Mr. McGraw inh•oduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2009-5-111- CONTINUING THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING TO CONSIDER THE RE-ISSUANCE OF INTERIM USE <br />PERMIT FOR FRA-DOR TO THE JULY 22, 2009 COUNCIL <br />MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CITY-WIDE Mayor Blesener reminded the viewing public of the City-wide Garage <br />GARAGE Sale on May 28, 29, and 30°i. There are approximately 82 properties <br />SALT; participating in the garage sale. Location maps are available at the City <br />Center, Norm's Tires, the Little Canada Bingo Hall, and Gas N Go. <br />CONSENT Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />AGENDA <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2009-5-112 -REMOVING CONSIDERATION OF <br />FINAL. PLAT EXTENSION FOR WHISPERING PINES FROM THE <br />CONSENTAGENDA <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2009-5-113 -APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS; <br />APPROVAL OF THE RENEWAL OF 2009 LIQUOR LICENSES <br />AND TOBACCO LICENSES; <br />2 <br />
