MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MAY 27, 2009 <br />DISTRICTS AND INDUSTRIAL USES IN THE PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2009-5-II6 -SETTING THE ANNUAL <br />OUTDOOR STORAGE LICENSE FEE AT $50, THE FIRST <br />TEMPORARY LICENSE FEE AT $250, AND THE SECOND <br />TEMPORARYLICENSE FEEAT $500, WITH LICENSES TO BE <br />EFFECTIVE JULY ], 2010, AND DIRECTING CITY STAFF TO <br />MAIL CURRENT CUPS TO EACH PROPERTY OWNER ALONG <br />WITH A COPY OF THE LICENSING ORDINANCE AND <br />ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT FORM <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />FEE SCHEDULE The City Administrator reported that City license fees and rate increases <br />INCREASES must be adopted by ordinance. He reviewed the City Clerk's report and <br />the Public Works Superintendent's report, both dated May 21, 2009, <br />outlining the updating or establishment of certain license fees.
