MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MF.,ETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA JUNE 10, 2009 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 10th day of June, 2009 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Ca~lada Road in said City. Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Council Member Council Member Council Member Mr. Bill Blesener Mr. John Keis Mr. Michael McGraw Mr. Rick Montour ABSEN'T': ALSO PRESEN"1': Council Member City Administrator Public Works Supt. Hanson Mr. BIll Dircks Mr. Kevin Helander Ms. Kathy Glanzer MINUTES Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution acid moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2009-6-123 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE MAY 27, 2009 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution adopted. CORDIES' The Council reviewed the City Clerk's report dated June 1, 2009 LIQUOR relative to the liquor violation that occurred at Gordies' Place on VIOLATION April 30, 2009 wherein a bartender sold liquor to an under aged individual. The report also summarizes penalties imposed by the City Council on other liquor establishments for similar violations that have occurred in the past. The City Clerk reported that this is the second violation for Gordies, although the first violation occurred in 2002. She noted that in processing liquor license renewals, only violations that occun•ed within the past five years are required to be reported to the State. Blesener noted that Gordies was under different management at the time the 2002 violation occurred.
