Hanson <br />Mr. BIll Dircks <br />Mr. Kevin Helander <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution acid moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2009-6-123 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE MAY 27, 2009 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />CORDIES' The Council reviewed the City Clerk's report dated June 1, 2009 <br />LIQUOR relative to the liquor violation that occurred at Gordies' Place on <br />VIOLATION April 30, 2009 wherein a bartender sold liquor to an under aged <br />individual. The report also summarizes penalties imposed by the City <br />Council on other liquor establishments for similar violations that have <br />occurred in the past. The City Clerk reported that this is the second <br />violation for Gordies, although the first violation occurred in 2002. She <br />noted that in processing liquor license renewals, only violations that <br />occun•ed within the past five years are required to be reported to the State. <br />Blesener noted that Gordies was under different management at the time <br />the 2002 violation occurred. <br />
