MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 22, 2009 <br />storage and the dumpster is being stored outdoors. Temo Sunrooms is <br />proposing an addition to the dumpster/trash enclosure to get the dumpster <br />stored inside in compliance with Code requirements. The enclosure will <br />be constructed oP rockface block, have a roof, as well as a screening gate <br />which will face toward the south. The Planner indicated that there are no <br />planning issues with the proposal, and recommended approval. <br />Blesener asked if the structure would be on footings. "the Planner <br />indicated that the addition will require a building permit and will be <br />subject to building code requirements. <br />There was no one present from the general public wishing to comment on <br />this matter. <br />Upon motion by Keis, seconded by McGraw, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2009-6-735 -APPROVING THE PLANNED <br />UNIT DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT TO ALLOW THE ADDITION <br />OFA TRASH ENCLOSURE TO AN EXISTING ACCESSORY <br />BUILDING AS REQUIRED BY TEMO SUNROOMS, 2905 COUNTRY <br />DRIVE, SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITY PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN <br />HIS REPORT DATED JUNE 3, 2009, AND SUBJECT TO THE <br />RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION THAT <br />THE REMAINING DEBRIS ON THE PROPERTY BE CLEANED UP <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />FINAL PLAT- Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the Final Plat <br />HUOT for the Huot Addition, located at the northwest corner of Little Canada <br />ADDITION Road and Edgerton Street, consisting of two single-family lots and one <br />outlot. It was noted that the City Planner, City Engineer, and Plaiming <br />Commission have recommended approval subject to conditions. <br />The City Planner noted that the Huot Addition Final Plat consists of two <br />single-family lots and one outlot. The outlot will ultimately be final <br />platted into three single-family lots. The Planner indicated that the <br />conditions of Final Plat approval have been satisfied except for removal of <br />the shed and any City Engineer comments. The Planner noted that the <br />Final Plat is consistent with the Preliminary Plat that was approved by the <br />
