The City Planner and Planning Commission recommend approval
subject to conditions.
Blesener noted that the Final Plat has received a permit from the
Watershed District. Blesener asked the plan for the existing tennis court.
John Johnson, engineer representing Pinot Properties, reported that this
Final Plat is the first of two phases. The timing of the second phase is
undetermined at this time. The pipes will be cut flush with the ground.
McGraw asked when the ponding shown on future Lot 5 would be
developed. Johnson replied that it would be constructed as part of phase
two, the development of Lots 3, 4, and 5. Johnson noted that these details
would be included in the Development t~greement.
Blesener asked if the house on Lot 2 is being remodeled and will be sold.
Claridge replied that that was correct.
Montour clarified that Lot 2 contains the existing house and Lot 1 will be
anew lot fionting on Little Canada Road.
