Overview of the process <br /> <br />Tentative Schedule of Events <br />• Be advised that these dates are subject to change as the city deems necessary. <br /> <br />RFP Issue Date: June 14, 2024 <br />Deadline for questions: 3:30 p.m., June 28 <br />Proposals Due: 3:30 p.m., July 8 <br />Interviews: July 15-17 <br />Council Meeting Date of Award: July 24 <br /> <br />Qualification Based Selection <br />The city intends to select and award a contract with a term of no less than three (3) years, with an <br />opportunity for one (1) two-year (2-year) extension, subject to the terms of this RFP, to the firm <br />evaluated to be best qualified to perform the work based on extent and quality of firm’s resources, <br />cost, presentation, compatibility, and quality and extent of experience. Other performance factors <br />may also be considered. <br /> <br />Review and Recommendation Process <br />Proposers will be independently evaluated by the selection committee. Based upon review of the <br />submitted proposals a selected number of firms will be asked to interview with city staff. City staff <br />will recommend to the City Council a firm to be retained. <br /> <br />Issuance of RFP and Award Process <br />Issuance of this RFP does not compel the city to award a contract. The city reserves the right to <br />reject any or all proposals wholly or in part and to waive any technicalities, informalities, or <br />irregularities in any proposal at its sole option and discretion. The city reserves the right to request <br />clarification or additional information. The city reserves the right to award a contract or to re-solicit <br />proposals or to temporarily or permanently abandon the procurement. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
