<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Fischer and Members of the City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Bill Dircks, Public Works Director <br /> <br />DATE: June 12, 2024 <br /> <br />RE: 2026 Little Canada Road Improvements <br />Project Delivery Contract Authorization <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />With the recent grant success that the 2026 Little Canada Road project has realized, the project now <br />moves from the concepting phase to the project delivery phase. The project delivery phase includes all <br />tasks necessary to carry the project through public bidding in late-2025 for 2026 construction. City staff <br />has been working with Bolton & Menk for several years to get the project to its current state. As such, a <br />project delivery proposal was requested so that City and County staff fully understand the scope and cost <br />of the next phase. The proposal also serves as a formal workplan and schedule for the delivery of the <br />project. The attached proposal from Bolton & Menk includes the following tasks and subconsultants <br />necessary to perform the work. <br /> <br />Tasks: <br />1. Project Management & Meetings <br />2. Topographic Field Survey <br />3. Private Utility Coordination <br />4. Traffic Analysis, ICE, and RJR Reports <br />5. Preliminary Design <br />6. Final Design <br />7.
