C-1 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT C <br /> <br />CERTIFICATION REGARDING DEBARMENT, SUSPENSION, <br />INELIGIBILITY AND VOLUNTARY EXCLUSION - <br />LOWER TIER COVERED TRANSACTIONS <br /> <br />As required by the Ramsey County Contract Compliance and Debarment Ordinance, the City of <br />Little Canada (“Grantee”), certifies that neither it, nor its principals, is presently debarred, <br />suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded, by any Federal <br />department or agency, or the State of Minnesota or Ramsey County, from participation in t he <br />transaction made by the Agreement dated evenly with it (“Agreement”) between the Ramsey <br />County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (“Authority”) and Grantee. <br /> <br />As a lower tier participant, Grantee agrees that by submitting this certification, it will not <br />knowingly enter into any lower tier covered transaction with a person who is debarred, suspended, <br />declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this covered transaction, unless <br />authorized by Authority. <br /> <br />Grantee agrees to provide a list of its contractors hired for the Project to Authority prior to any <br />disbursement of funds under the Agreement and update when needed throughout the Project. <br /> <br />The terms of the Agreement are incorporated into this certification and all capitalized terms in this <br />certification which are defined in the Agreement will have the meanings set forth in the Agreement. <br /> <br /> GRANTEE: <br /> <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />a Minnesota municipal corporation <br /> <br />By: ___________________________ <br /> <br />Its: ___________________________ <br />____ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Dated: __________________, 2024
