MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />APRIL 24, 2024 <br />Mayor Fischer opened the public hearing for comments from the general public. <br />There were no further comments from the public. Upon motion by T. Miller, seconded by Kwapick, <br />the public hearing was closed. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Motion adopted. <br />Kwapick introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2 024-4-46 — APPR O VING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF CAPITAL <br />CAMPAIGN FINANCING NOTES AND A UTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF <br />DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THE SAINT PAUL ACADEMYAND SUMMIT SCHOOL <br />PROJECT <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by T. Miller. <br />Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Kwapick introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2024-4-47 — APPROVING AND A UTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT <br />OF A LOAN A GREEMENT RELA TED TO THE CITY'S ED UCA TIONAL FA CILITIES <br />REVENUE REFUNDING NOTE, SERIES 2017 (SAINT PAUL ACADEMYAND <br />SUMMIT SCHOOL PROJECT) <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by T. Miller. <br />Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />MINOR SUBDIVISION/LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN 3006 RICE STREET AND 99 <br />SOUTH OWASSO BOULEVARD <br />The Community Development Director presented a request for a lot line adjustment between the <br />properties at 3006 Rice Street and 99 South Owasso Boulevard. She provided background information <br />and explained how the lot line adjustment would create a larger lot for redevelopment. She stated that <br />the request does meet the minor subdivision requirements and the request was reviewed by the <br />Planning Commission prior to consideration by the Council. She asked the Council to hold a public <br />hearing and consider approval of the lot line adjustment. <br />D. Miller referenced the bottom right corner of the proposed new lot shown in red on the survey. He <br />asked if that was a building and received response from staff that there is not a structure in that <br />location. <br />Mayor Fischer opened the public hearing for comments from the general public. <br />There were no further comments from the public. Motion adopted. <br />Gutierrez stated that this is a highly observed area and while residents were sad to see the previous use <br />go, they are excited for something new. She asked if there are plans for development. <br />3 <br />
