MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
JULY 8, 2009
PUBLIC The Public Works Superintendent reviewed his report dated July 2, 2009
WO12KS ranking potential Public Works Garage sites using various factors. IIe
GARAGE- noted that the top four sites are the McGough property, former
SITE Groundskeeper site, Pra-Dor site, and Lee Rossow site. The City
RANKINGS Administrator indicated that the owners of the McGough property and the
Rossow property are not willing sellers at this time. The availability of the
Fra-Dor site is at least three years out, but there may be some possibility
that the former Groundskeeper site would be available.
