The following application has been selected to submit a Full <br />Application: <br />• SPB24-020 – City of Little Canada - City Hall <br />The above application selected to submit a Full Application is eligible for an award of 60% of the project cost up to <br />$72,000. The Solar on Public Buildings full application can be found on the GrantVantage Portal, and must be <br />submitted by 5 p.m. on Monday, September 23, 2024. <br />During this stage of the application, you must follow the required procurement procedures and identify a solar <br />installer to install the solar array. The installer can fill out the full application on your behalf. Please remember the <br />following: <br />• The applicant must follow through on the procurement commitment detailed in the Readiness <br />Assessment. <br />• The size limit for an eligible array is the lesser of 40kwh or 120% of the building’s average energy use (the <br />120% is inclusive of any CSG subscription or existing distributed energy generation on the building). <br />• The installer must pay workers the prevailing wage. <br />Please also note that the RFP has been amended to comply with financial review requirements for grantees as <br />defined in Minn. Stat. § 16B.981. The following sections are affected: <br />• Section IX. Exhibits and Attachments <br />• Section XI. General Requirements <br />Political subdivisions are subject to these requirements. Complete and submit all required exhibits in the full <br />application. <br />We will hold an optional Procurement Webinar for Solar on Public Buildings applicants on Monday, July 8, 1-2 <br />p.m. This webinar will be to discuss with local governments the various options for procurement and the relevant <br />requirements for each as detailed in Minnesota’s Uniform Municipal Contracting Law. <br />Please reach out to energy.contracts@state.mn.us if you have any questions. <br />
