Date December 31, 2025 Current Amendment Amount: $10,500.00 <br /> Current Contract Total $30,000.00 <br /> <br /> <br />Project Identification : State Funded Programs for IIJA Discretionary Grant Assistance <br />State Project: SAP 200-589-001 Trunk Highway #: NA <br /> <br />Federal Project # NA <br /> <br /> <br />This amendment is by and between the State of Minnesota, through its Commissioner of <br />Transportation (“MnDOT”) and the City of Little Canada (“Grantee”). <br />Recitals <br /> <br />1. MnDOT has a contract with the Grantee identified as MnDOT Agreement Number 1056947 <br />(“Original Agreement”), for SAP 200-589-001. <br />2. The funding awarded for SAP 200-589-001 from 2023 IIJA Technical Assistance Funds <br />(SAAS Acct 413) increased from $19,500.00 to $30,000.00. <br />3. MnDOT and the Grantee are willing to amend the Original Agreement as stated below. <br />Contract Amendment <br /> <br />In this Amendment deleted contract terms will be struck out and the added contract terms will be <br />underlined. <br /> <br />REVISION 1. Article 1.4 Exhibits is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Exhibit A Exhibit A-1: Sources and Uses of Funds Schedule; Exhibit B: Grant Application; and <br />Exhibit C: Grantee Resolution Approving Grant Agreement are attached and incorporated into this <br />agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />REVISION 2. Article 4.1.2 Sources and Uses of Funds is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Grantee represents to State that the Sources and Uses of Funds Schedule attached as Exhibit A <br />Exhibit A-1 accurately shows the total cost of the project and all of the funds that are available for <br />the completion of the project. Grantee agrees that it will pay for any costs that are ineligible for <br />reimbursement and for any amount by which the costs exceed State’s total obligation in section <br />4.1.3. Grantee will return to State any amount appropriated but not required. <br />
