This position will have an allocation between multiple funds. The proposed allocation will <br />be: <br />o General Fund – 75% - Funded with levy dollars. <br />o Water Fund – 10% - Funded with revenues from utilities. <br />o Sewer Fund – 10% - Funded with revenues from utilities. <br />o Storm Water Fund 5% - Funded with revenues from utilities. <br />The table below includes two options for a part-time 10 hours a week or a part-time 20 hours a <br />week project manager position. To date, the City Council <br />has approved a full-time Community Relations Manager and funding for a .5 FTE position <br />to provide customer service assistance in the front office and perform additional clerical <br />assistance to all departments.
