MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AUGUST 28, 2024 <br />value post -project for properties on the roundabouts, they would have that analysis completed and <br />provide appropriate compensation. He stated that continuous access to the business is a priority, and <br />they would ensure patrons could continue to get to that business. He referenced the comment made <br />about two lanes that would be reduced to one lane. He noted that Ramsey County will be reducing <br />County Road C from two lanes to one and this volume of traffic can be managed by a single lane <br />roundabout. He stated that they are confident in the design and the roundabout would operate more <br />efficiently than the four-way stop. He stated that if they do nothing, traffic will get worse in this area. <br />COUNCIL REPORTS AND MEETING UPDATES <br />T. Miller commented that she attended the Roseville area schools welcome back event the previous <br />day and provided an update. <br />Mayor Fischer commented that he is a member of the Metro Cities Policy Team and provided an <br />update on recent activity. <br />ADJOURN <br />There being no further business, upon motion by T.
