I see no objection <br />to the proposed changes and will recommend to the Board of Managers of the <br />Ramsey -Washington Metro Watershed District that they be approved. <br />At this time, the Board does not anticipate a quorum for their <br />November 4 meeting, which means that our next official meeting will be <br />November 18 unless a special meeting is held in the meantime. As soon as <br />the Board has reviewed the proposed changes, I will send you an official <br />letter indicating their ;action.
