The proximity of this site to the City Hall may be advantageous from the maintenance standpoint. II. Property on North side of South Owasso Road east of Soo Line RR and West of St. Paul Waterworks Right -of -Way T a. The soil at this site appears good on the surface. b. The ground elevation at this site is approximately the same elevation as that at Allen Ave. and Desoto Street. c. The site is located in the north half of Little Canada and therefore, is desirable because this will result i.n more uniform pressure in the system. d. An additional 2000 lineal feet of 16" watermain will be added on South Owasso Blvd. between Condit and the St. Paul Water Department right-of-way. This will add $35,000 to the project cost. e. At the public hearing, this site was not mentioned as a location for the tank. If the Council chooses this site, some citizen input should be considered. III. Property on South Side of South Owasso Road East of Soo Line RR and West of St. Paul Waterworks Right -of -Way The same comments can be made as in II. above. Also, an additional 600 lineal feet of 16" watermain will be required at an additional cost of $10,500 (added to the $35,000 in Item II.d.). IV. Property on West Side of Condit Street South of South Owasso Blvd. The same comments can be made as II. above except that an additional 800 lineal feet of 16" watermain will be required at an additional cost of $14,000 (the $35,000 in Item II.d. will not be required).
