Pay for service on time and <br />materials basis. 2. Training of your <br />service personnel and buy parts from <br />Xerox or 3. Full Service Maintenance. <br />FULL SERVICE MAINTENANCE If a full'Service Maintenance Agreement <br />GUARANTEES (FSMA) is continually in existance, <br />Xerox guarantees same timeliness and <br />quality of service as rental customers, <br />including preventative maintenance, all <br />unscheduled calls, all parts, all labor. <br />Xerox will also perform all mandatory <br />engineering improvements and will replace <br />the machine if it does not function <br />properly. This service is guaranteed for <br />five years or a specified number of <br />copies for each machine whichever occurs <br />first. The customer may cancel with 90 <br />days written notice. <br />RENOVATION Xerox provides a renovation contract that <br />allows a machine to be renovated at the <br />end of the five years or copy volume <br />guarantee. After this renovation, Xerox <br />will guarantee a Full Service Maintenance <br />extension of two years or a specified <br />number of copies. The customer may also <br />convert to time and materials maintenance <br />or self servicing at any time or at the <br />end of five years. <br />BENEFITS Significant cost reduction.
