t, } A
April 6, 1977
In the accompanying letter in regard to the proposed
expansion of the Terrace Heights Trailer Park, I mention
a 200 foot buffer zone which was spoken of by the Planning
Commission at the 1972 hearing held the last time the trailer
park requested permission to expand. Upon checking the
records of that hearing at the City offices this morning,
I find that the official transcript does not mention 200
feet, although this was the figure the Commission used at
the hearing.
However, the transcript does ' say, "Be it resolved that
a buffer zone be established on the North end of lots 16
through 30 Bemis Heights (Bloch 2).
As the attached Property Plat shows, the presently
proposed expansion would place another row of trailers
between our house and the buffer zone, which is obviously
not what the Commission had in mind.
I trust that the Commission will stand by its de-
cision of 1972, and will not take the position of giving us
a substantial buffer zone with one hand and then taking
it away with the other.
Eleanor Rydel
CLERK'S EXHIBIT No. 1 139,
Mee ti nR-4-13-?7
