When the Duluth Yard is
completed in Sleptember, 1977 our present facilities will
be too small to handle the additional load. Therefore,
• we are very anxious to begin this project as soon as
possible.
4• We feel there are several advantages to the Cit of
Little Canada in approving this project: Y
A. Increased real estate tax revenue.
B. Utilization of land which is unprodutive. .
C. Employment opportunities for Little Canada citizens.
D. Construction opportunities for local 'construction
related companies, t on and
5• We respectfully request approval of this buildin
so that we may begin construction as soon as g Permit
possible.
Sincerely,
ox amber Company
Q:!:
"Gary R.
