In such case the cost to the Consultant of providing the aforementloned shalt ba billed on a time plus materials basis and such cost shall be over and above the limit established In Section F.2 of this Agreement. D. PROJECT SCHEDULE The Consultant shall begin work on the project immediotaly upon date of Client approvol of this Agreement, and be totally completed within twenty-four (24) months of that date, unless delayed for reasons of unexpected emergencies, forces beyond the control of the parties, or by request of a party acquiesced in writing by the other party. E. DELAY CAUSED BY CLIENT In the event Consultant's performance of services hereunder is delayed due to cots of the Cl tent or at the request of Client and such delays exceed thirty (30) days, Consultant shall have the right to renegotiate the contract to account for rising costs before resuming work_ and shal I not be penalized for cny delay resulting therefrom. F. COST OF SERVICES 1. For swvlces and work completed on a cost plus materials and expenses basis corputed in accordance with the Standard Rate Schedule attached hereto, which shall be paid as hereafter provided. 2. Cn a monthly basis, based upon invoices submitted, to on amount not to exceed Thirteen Thousand Five Hundrad Dollars ($13,500) for work described within this Agreement. 3. All casts incurred will be'dwe and payable to the Consultant upon receipt of an invoice snowing the work completed and the cast of sold work. For any invoice not paid within thirty (30) days, the Consultant will have the option of interrupting work without termination of the contract. A service charge of one (1) percent per month will be added to each invoice not paid within thirty (30) days from the dame of Invoice.
