It would in fact be redundant, inappropriate, <br />a needless expenditure of public and private funds, and not in the best <br />interest of sound financial management, nor would this serve the public <br />interest. <br />Dianna Lane is a cul-de-sac street and ends at Lake Gervais and <br />thus serves no parties other than the residents on the street. The existence <br />of a non -utilized water source subject to deterioration over time with <br />resultant maintenance cost is not a sound plan.
