F. SERVICE BY OTHERS <br />This includes all time spent by the Engineer in advising the Owner <br />�-' and supervising such tasks done by others as the Owner may request <br />or the Engineer may recommend, when authorized by resolution in <br />writing. Such work includes: soil borings and analysis, chemical <br />tests, material tests and other tasks requiring specialized equipment <br />or skills. The advice and supervision by the Engineer shall be paid <br />for at the hourly rates noted above; payment for the actual tasks <br />Performed by others shall be paid directly to those persons or firms <br />performing said tasks and not through the Engineer. <br />G. PUBLIC 'SEETINGS <br />When the Owner requests that the Engineer have a representative at <br />a meeting ( specific or all) for advice and Council in general ( not <br />for a specific project) the Owner shall pay the Engineer forty ($40.00) <br />\%� dollars as full compensation for such time spent at each meeting <br />attended. <br />H. MISCELLANEOUS <br />This includes all time spent by the Engineer in work not otherwise <br />covered above in which the Owner required Engineering assistance. <br />This would include plans and specifications not otherwise covered by <br />Section I of this Agreement and investigations or studies of complaints <br />or special conditions where the Owner determines that the Engineer's <br />experience would be useful. <br />This also includes all time spent by the Engineer in Rebidding a <br />project under Section I, if the Rebid is required by circumstance <br />beyond the control of the Engineer. <br />-5- <br />
