Ryan has submitted plans for subdividing his property in the northwestern portion of Little Canada (see attached illustrations for exact location and description). The preliminary plat indicates 22 lots ranging in size from approximately 26,000 square feet (.60 acre) to approximately 142, 100 square feet (3.26 acres). The lots are to be used as sites for industrial buildings. Access to the property is to be provided by means of Ryan Drive, which is now a private drive, to Spruce Street. Preliminary indications are that Spruce Street is to cross the Burlington Northern tracks and extend southward to South Owasso serves as a loop road and access to lots on Blocks 3 and .4, Boulevard • Ryan Lane The property is currently zoned 1-1 Light Industrial District. There are three existing buildings on the north side of the property with a fourth building under construction in the northwest corner of the property.
