2601-4 <br />a.No person shall distribute or disseminate any leaflets, pamphlets, circulars, <br />handbills, advertisements or other written or printed materials except with the <br />written permission of the City. <br />b.No person shall post, display, affix or attach any sign, poster, placard, notice, <br />banner or advertisement to any tree, building, shelter, fence, pole or other structure <br />except with the written permission of the City. <br />c.No person shall use loudspeakers, sound amplifying equipment, musical equipment <br />or cause any noise to be made for advertising purposes or for the purpose of <br />attracting attention to any exhibition, performance, event, show or other purpose <br />except with the written permission of the City. <br />10.Unlawful Sales: No person shall sell, offer for sale, hawk, peddle or lease any <br />object, merchandise or service or carry on any manner of business or commercial <br />enterprise except those concessions authorized or operated by the City. <br />11.Solicitation: No person shall beg or solicit donations or contributions in a park <br />unless approved by the City. <br />12.Glass Bottles and Containers Prohibited: No person shall bring into a park or <br />recreation area any glass beverage container of any kind. <br />2601.070. MOTORIZED VEHICLES <br />1.No person shall park any motor vehicle in any place in public parks except in <br />designated parking areas, nor between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. unless <br />approved by the City. <br />2.No Person shall service, repair, or park a disabled vehicle in any City park or <br />parking lot. <br />3.No person shall operate a motorized vehicle within any park except in such areas <br />specifically designated for such use unless authorized by the City. An authorized <br />vehicle shall not drive in excess of 15 miles per hour. <br />2601.075 CANNABIS AND TOBACCO. No person(s) shall use tobacco, tobacco-related <br />devices, electronic delivery devices/vaping devices, cannabis flowers, cannabis products, lower- <br />potency hemp edibles, or hemp-derived consumer products while in a park(s) and park facilities. <br />2601.080. PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION. Any person violating any of the provisions <br />of this Ordinance may be excluded from the use of the park, playground or recreational facility at <br />the discretion of a law enforcement officer or City employee and may, in addition, be prosecuted
