2601-3 <br />2.Animals: <br />a.No person shall intentionally disturb, frighten, or kill any birds, wildlife, or <br />animal kept or found in any park. <br />b.All dogs, pets or domesticated animals must be on a harness or leash, or in <br />an approved designated off-leash pet exercise area operated by the City. <br />No owner or person in custody of a pet shall suffer or permit the pet to <br />defecate upon public property without immediately removing the excrement <br />and disposing of it in a sanitary manner. <br />c.The City may approve other animals within the park for a City sponsored <br />event or program. <br />3.Fire: Fires are only permitted in designated areas in the park that are provided for <br />such purposes. All fires must be completely extinguished before the person starting <br />the fire leaves the area. <br />4.Waste and Litter: No person shall leave or throw waste materials, debris, or rubbish <br />upon the grounds or water areas of any park. No dumping of any leaves, branches, <br />grass, and similar materials. <br />5.Fireworks: No person shall possess, fire, discharge, or set off fireworks or <br />explosives in any park unless authorized by the City. <br /> 6.Audio Devices: Use or operation of any musical instrument, radio, television, <br />loudspeaker, public address system, portable stereo or sound amplifying equipment <br />of any kind in any park must be confined to the immediate area and does not <br />interfere with the use of the park by other users or disturbs the residents of the <br />adjacent properties unless authorized by the City. <br />7.Alcoholic and Intoxicating Beverages: No person shall possess, offer for sale, <br />display, consume or use alcoholic beverages on any City park property, unless by <br />permit or permission is granted by the City Administrator or his/her designee. <br />8.Parades, Entertainment, Public Meetings: No processions, parades, pageants, <br />ceremonies, exhibitions, celebrations, training exercises, speeches, entertainment <br />or other public gatherings shall be allowed to pass through or take place in any park <br />or on any parkway except with permission of the City upon approval of the <br />application for parade or public assembly permit. <br />9.Advertising:
