Each site also had a park maintenance staff member on-site to <br />help coordinate the planting as well. Prior to the event, signs were installed, plants were laid out <br />by location, mulch was purchased, and the area was dug and edged. Volunteers also spread <br />mulch. Parks Maintenance staff were critical to the success of the planting event. <br /> <br />
