Chapter 915 General Development Requirements <br /> <br /> Page 915-33 <br />that the dwelling being moved or relocated must be compatible with the neighborhood as <br />interpreted by the Planning Director. <br />D. Garages and other accessory structures, whether attached or detached, shall be located in a <br />manner similar to those on adjacent and nearby properties. <br />E. A site plan with a lot survey shall be submitted showing the final grading elevations for the <br />proposed parcel. The on-site grading improvements and utility service extensions shall be <br />completed prior to placing the building on the lot. <br />F. A Structure Moving Permit must first be acquired from the City. <br />G. The structure to be moved must be either a Permitted or a Conditional Use in the relevant zoning <br />district. If a Conditional Use Permit is required, the appropriate application must be made to the <br />City. <br />H. All required improvements and Building Code requirements shall be met before an occupancy <br />permit is granted. <br />915.200 Utilities, Private <br />A. Lines <br />All private utilities serving new development, including lines for electricity, natural gas, <br />telephone and cable television, shall be located underground except for high-voltage electrical <br />lines. <br />B. Sewage Systems, On-Site <br />The standards as found in Minnesota Pollution Control Agency's Standards for Sewage <br />Treatment (WPC-40) Minn. Rules Ch. 7080, Individual Sewage Treatment Systems Standards, <br />are hereby adopted by reference. <br /> <br />
