MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 8, 2024 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was convened on the 8th day of February, 2024 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br /> <br />Chair Taelor Johnson called the meeting to order at 5:33 p.m. and the following members of the <br />Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Boe-Schmidtz, Carlson-Clark, Haluptzok, Johnson, Kulousek, <br />Lum, Masrud, and Thorson <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: Community Development Director/ Planner Corrin Wendell <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPT AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />Commissioner Boe-Schmidtz made a motion to approve the January 11, 2024 Planning <br />Commission minutes as submitted. Commissioner Masrud seconded the motion. The motion was <br />unanimously approved. <br /> <br />OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br />No comments. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />None. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />TEXT AMENDMENT – CITY CODE CHAPTER 809 – MIXED MUNICIPAL SOLID <br />WASTE AND RECYCLABLE MATERIALS STORAGE AND COLLECTIONS <br />The Community Development Director presented a proposed text amendment to City Code <br />related to mixed municipal solid waste and recyclable materials storage and collections. She <br />provided background information and briefly highlighted the proposed revisions. She noted that <br />this will move forward to the City Council at its meeting on February 14th. <br /> <br />Commissioner Masrud noticed one material change to the language, while the others were minor <br />language changes. <br /> <br /> Boe-Schmidtz introduced the following motion:
